Responsibilities:
As an Attorney specializing in insurance defense and coverage, you will be a key player in our litigation practice. Responsibilities include:
Handling insurance defense cases
Managing insurance coverage matters
Conducting legal research
Preparing and filing legal documents
Communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Participating in court proceedings
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Admission to the Kansas and/or Missouri Bar
Dual license in KS and MO preferred, but not required
Experience in insurance defense and coverage litigation
Strong research and analytical skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
