Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Specialist based in Preston, Washington. In this role, you will be involved in key functions related to inventory management and data reconciliation in the industry. Your workplace will be a dynamic environment where you will use your skills in ERP and other relevant software to perform your duties effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the transfer of inventory between different locations and ensuring proper documentation.

• Handling the reconciliation of data from the old system to the new one.

• Conducting regular cycle counts of inventory and making necessary stock adjustments.

• Participating in the physical inventory process.

• Playing an integral role in the ERP Migration process.

• Utilizing software like ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, About Time for various tasks.

• Handling clerical duties as required, including answering inbound calls.

• Performing auditing tasks and creating charts and graphs as needed. Requirements

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required

• Experience with Epic Software is a must

• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Proficiency in ERP Solutions is desired

• Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Experience in Auditing is required

• Ability to create and analyze Charts - Graphs effectively

• Capable of performing Clerical Duties efficiently
