Description
Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst they will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process. This includes ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and analyzing financial data to improve collection processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies.
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
Contact customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Resolve billing issues and disputes to facilitate payment.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Billing procedures
• Knowledge of Cash Applications and Cash Collections
• Understanding of Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
• Experience with SAP software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in an accounts receivable role is preferred
