Description

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and both QuickBooks Online and Desktop (Enterprise).
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
A commitment to honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile personal and corporate credit cards monthly.
Efficiently process accounts payable and manage accounts receivable collections.
Oversee PTO balances and ensure accuracy.
Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations.
Manage fixed assets, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization entries, while maintaining accurate files and schedules.
Assist in preparing necessary government reports.
Maintain records for the annual audit and support in special financial report preparation.
Contribute to the creation of monthly, daily, and weekly financial reports by analyzing and summarizing account data and trends.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Bookkeeping and Data Entry.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage Month End Close procedures.
• Proven expertise in handling Payroll.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
