Robert Half Instructor/Trainer in Princeton, New Jersey
Description We are searching for a diligent Instructor/Trainer to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be crucial in facilitating the successful implementation of our new faculty information system, Interfolio, by creating and delivering end-user training, support, and documentation. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, which involves ensuring the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of new processes and systems by individuals involved in faculty administration.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver end-user training for the Interfolio system
• Create user-friendly documentation, including Quick Reference Cards
• Provide technology support to end-users, addressing and resolving inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful system rollout
• Schedule and conduct Zoom training sessions for users
• Develop short pre-recorded videos to assist in system usage
• Offer 1:1 support sessions with faculty, academic staff, and Dean of the Faculty office
• Maintain and update procedural and support documentation
• Utilize different computer programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, and Dojo for effective workflow
• Ensure effective communication and customer service throughout the process. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Cisco Webex Meetings
• Familiarity with various computer programs and CRM software
• Experience with Dojo and About Time software
• Understanding of basic accounting functions
• Proven track record of regular attendance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to deliver instruction and training effectively
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students or trainees
• Ability to develop and implement training programs and materials
