Robert Half International Payroll Manager in Princeton, New Jersey
Our client in the Princeton, NJ area is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following: maintaining all payroll information, withholding and remittance of federal, state and local payroll taxes, processing multi-state weekly, biweekly and semimonthly payroll, including garnishment, benefits deductions and taxes. Audit HR, Payroll, Benefit and Worker's Compensation data for accuracy, identifying and troubleshooting issues
Proficient in processing a manual payroll for 500+ employees
5+ years of relevant experience in payroll
Experience with ADP and UltiPro
Understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
