Description Robert Half has an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper. This Bookkeeper role requires candidates to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. How you will make an impact
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Settle accounts by reconciling entries
Manage and review general ledger
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Review payments received and record deposits
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Bank Account Reconciliation experience required
Solid understanding of account reconciliation
Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
