Robert Half International IT General Manager in Puyallup, Washington
This position reports to the Vice President of Logistics and IT, is the lead member of the IT department, and will help lead and support the overall IT strategies for the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of all IT infrastructure in the organization. They will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. Strong attention to detail, organization and planning, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are required. This position may be part of, or liaison with a large project team in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment. The role requires clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical persons. Must be flexible and able to handle changing priorities over multiple projects, tasks, and situations.

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience ? Minimum of a four-year bachelor?s (BS) degree in computer science, computer engineering, data analysis, information systems or equivalent. ? Several years? experience managing employees within an IT environment ? Several years? experience working with particular systems as relevant to your company ? for instance EMR/EHR systems in healthcare technology Knowledge and Skills in the following area to help direct your staff and vendors: ? Advanced PC software skills, particularly advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. ? Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and MSSQL Server Reporting Services (?SSRS?) skills. ? Intermediate SQL database design and database management skills. ? Intermediate working understanding and usage of VMware for virtual Server and virtual PC skills ? BasicEDI and EDIFACT interface management and interface development skills. ?
