Description
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer success, and liaising with internal teams from Operations, Service Delivery, and Administration. This is a customer-facing, process-oriented position that plays a crucial part in safeguarding company revenue, client retention, and account growth.
About the Role: This individual will oversee customer relationships and expectations while coordinating with internal teams from Operations, Service Delivery, and Administration to ensure customer success. This role is direct, customer-facing, and process-oriented, requiring active involvement in protecting company revenue, retaining clients, growing accounts, and leading efforts to modernize existing client infrastructure. This person will focus solely on managing current clients and will not be responsible for acquiring new ones initially.
Requirements
Must haves:
5+ years of experience in Account Management or a similar role
Technical experience - this could be a background in technical sales or Tier I or II Help Desk with a sales mindset
Strong ability to be customer facing
Will only be managing their current clients
Nice to haves:
Experience developing SOW's & SLA's for products and services needed
MSP experience
