Description
A freight forwarding enterprise in Queens NY seeks an eager Administrative or Logistics clerk to join their team on a contract to hire basis! This position will offer training, so prior import/export experience is not required (though preferred). This is a fully on-site position and a great long-term opportunity for those interested in the freight/logistics field. Tasks will include preparing details of shipment to communicate and verify with partner carriers. Candidates with prior office administrative experience and knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word) are ideal. Good communication skills, verbal and written are also required!
