Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Quincy, Massachusetts

Description

OfficeTeam's HVAC client in Quincy is looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to their team! The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for answering the phones, assisting in day to day operations, customer service calls especially during busy season, scheduling and rescheduling technicians, reaching out to customers to confirm appointments, let customers know if a tech is running late, and more. This is not a call center environment - there are administrative tasks to be done when phones are not busy. The Customer Service Coordinator must have experience in a similar position, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment!

Location: Quincy

Start: June 21st

Duration: Contract to hire

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (but candidate needs to have some flexibility - may have to come in at 8am and stay later on some days, but will have notice)

Pay: $17-$18 DOE, pays $45-52k perm

Requirements - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

    • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

    • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

    • Customer service experience

    • Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience required

    • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
