Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Medical Records Clerk in Racine, Wisconsin. The role involves managing and organizing patient records within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks such as data entry, maintaining compliance, ensuring confidentiality, and working with different EHR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain and update patient records in systems such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and MEDITECH

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards when managing patient records

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times

• Assist in clinical trial operations and ensure accurate recording of trial data

• Create and manage charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel to visualize patient data

• Respond to inquiries related to patient records in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless record management processes

• Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues in patient records to the relevant parties. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, MEDITECH, and Microsoft Excel

• Skilled in creating charts and graphs

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations

• Adherence to compliance regulations in the medical field

• Strong understanding of confidentiality principles and regulations

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in a Medical Records Clerk role or similar in the healthcare industry

• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
