Description
We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Part-Time Bookkeeper in the Real Estate and Property industry, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with managing financial records, performing account reconciliations, and handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role necessitates a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of payroll for corporate personnel and daily contract payroll
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ensuring timely bill payments and billing processes
• Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Administer 401K plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using software like QuickBooks
• Take on the responsibility of bank reconciliations to confirm all transactions align with financial records
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurately recorded, updated, and processed
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions based on account activity
• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure all financial data is captured accurately.
Requirements • Possess proficiency in Bookkeeping and Data Entry.
• Demonstrated experience with Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Knowledge and experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to handle Month End Close tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Payroll management and processing.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
• Experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
