Description
Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our client’s team. This position will play a key role in managing and improving the financial functions, including audit preparation, budgeting, job costing, cash management, and month-end close. The successful candidate will manage a team of two people and contribute significantly to the company’s financial decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the general ledger.
Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
Supervise and manage a team of two members.
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Prepare job costing reports.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
Carry out month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate
A minimum of five years of related experience
Solid expertise in GAAP and financial management
Proficient in MS Office and financial management software
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, guide, and lead a team.

Requirements
