Description

We are seeking a skilled real estate paralegal for our operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various legal tasks in the commercial real estate industry and working closely with in-house counsel. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review, revise, and handle leasing agreements and contracts in the commercial real estate sector.

• Assist with licensing procedures and processes.

• Manage and address tasks related to easements and entitlements.

• Support the in-house counsel with various attorney duties.

• Use MS Office Suite and our internal software (training will be provided) for various tasks.

• Provide assistance in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on forward-thinking strategies.

• Work onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina, with the possibility of hybrid overtime.

Requirements • Possess relevant experience or training in the Paralegal field.

• Proficiency in Commercial Contracts and Commercial Real Estate.

• Familiarity with Easements and Real Estate - Commercial aspects.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

• Willingness to continually update knowledge of laws and legal practices.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.

• Paralegal certification would be a plus.
