The Business Immigration Paralegal must have in-depth knowledge and experience with a broad range of business immigration filings; must be highly skilled in technology, detail-orientated, exercise sound judgment, and possess strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills while prioritizing and managing multiple assignments.
Must have 3-5 years of experience supporting business immigration attorneys as a paralegal.
A college degree or completion of a paralegal program is preferred.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the basic business non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E, H-2, TN, B-1, O-1, and P) and employment-based immigrant visa processes (EB-1 extraordinary ability, outstanding professor/researcher, multinational manager; EB-2 NIW; EB-2 and EB-3 PERM, and I-485 filings); H-2A experience is a plus.
This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in perm applications.
