Robert Half Project Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina

Description A top-notch, innovative company in the Construction/Contractor industry has partnered with Robert Half to find a proficient Project Assistant to join their team. As the short-term contract / temporary to hire Project Assistant, you will work in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

  • Providing key partners with project information

  • Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Conducting research online for information

  • Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events

  • Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations

  • Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress Requirements - Strong familiarity with Coordinating Schedules

  • Knowledge of Administrative Assistance

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Coordination

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

    • Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

  • Knowledge of database and file management

    • Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
  • Applicants are preferred to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field; a high school diploma or its equivalent is required

  • At least 1 year of business/office experience

  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
