Description
A growing e-commerce company in North County is offering a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to launch their career in finance. The role of an Accounting Assistant requires no prior experience but welcomes individuals with a degree in accounting or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist in the budget preparation and financial planning process.
Participate and provide inputs in team meetings and discussions.
Support the finance team in managing and preparing for audits.
Handle invoice and vendor related queries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
Strong numeric skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
