Description
Our client, an established consulting firm based in Rancho Bernardo, CA, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to make a significant contribution to a growing company. As an Bookkeeper, you will work with several of our clients, performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive financial records through an organized system of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded in each client's book.
Analyzing financial data and prepare financial reports for each client.
Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, along with additional ad hoc reporting.
Assisting clients in managing budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with financial software, such as QuickBooks or Zoho.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss financial matters with clients clearly.
