Robert Half Project Manager in Rancho Cordova, California

Description We are seeking a Project Manager for a healthcare organization located in Rancho Cordova, California. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including physicians and clinical service lines. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for business analysis, corporate strategy, and managing clinical operations. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects in a healthcare setting

• Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical service lines to understand their needs and translate them into operational requirements

• Utilize business analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions

• Develop and maintain project plans, including objectives, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are on track and meet the set objectives

• Use corporate strategy skills to align project goals with the overall strategic goals of the organization

• Manage clinical operations as part of the project scope, ensuring efficient and effective processes

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates and potential risks

• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in project management within the healthcare/NHS industry

• Proven skills in business analysis and the ability to use these to drive project success

• Deep understanding of corporate strategy and its application in a healthcare setting

• Experience in managing clinical operations, preferably within an NHS context

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse project team

• Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines consistently

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Familiarity with project management software and tools, with a focus on healthcare applications

• Relevant qualifications in project management, business analysis or a related field would be beneficial.
