THIS FULLY REMOTE POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing/Product Management Specialist to oversee marketing and product management efforts within our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) or across multiple SBUs. This role is crucial for the development, execution, and measurement of annual marketing plans and new product initiatives that support the achievement of our business unit and corporate goals. This role involves taking the lead on marketing and product management efforts across multiple strategic business units. You will be instrumental in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing plans and new products, contributing to the achievement of business unit and corporate goals. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and new product strategies.

• Manage all aspects of the product management lifecycle, including product maintenance, strategic product development, and the implementation of marketing products.

• Accountable for the strategy, execution, and performance measurement of marketing plans or products.

• Provide analytical and tactical support in the development of marketing/product plans.

• Interface with both internal and external stakeholders to develop effective communication materials.

• Oversee and manage third-party relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.

• Independently handle complex, broad-natured assignments with a high degree of autonomy.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of marketing/product management principles to solve a wide range of challenging problems.

• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring all projects meet high standards and are delivered on time.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Extensive experience in marketing, product management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and multi-faceted projects.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply independent judgment to resolve complex issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
