Description
Capitalize on the upward trajectory of North County's booming healthcare and technology sectors as an experienced Accounting Clerk. If you have relevant work experience in one or both of these industries, we encourage you to apply right away. In the Accounting Clerk role, you will work closely with our financial team to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with adding machines, calculators, databases, and bank accounts.
Match invoices to purchase orders or vouchers.
Perform data entry and administrative duties.
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.
Requirements
Proven accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or technology industry.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Proficiency in English and strong understanding of the generally accepted accounting principles.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
