OfficeTeam has an immediate opening for a temporary Administrative Assistant for a family owned company in Rancho Santa Margarita. The role is temporary for a few months with the potential to go permanent. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will report to the Office Manager and carry out a variety of functions including:
-Answer phone calls
-Perform data entry into spreadsheets
-Compose letters and emails
-Greet walk in visitors
-Provide basic customer service
In order to be considered the Administrative Assistant must possess the following:
-2+ years of administrative experience
-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
-Professional phone etiquette
-Strong multi-tasking skills
-Must be able to take direction well
