How you will make an impact
Diagnose, restore, rebuild, and refurbish computer hardware, such as PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and additional IT equipment
Follow company quality standards to ensure the integrity of all electronic data records
Manage inventory of equipment, including collaborating on potential purchases
Image and prepare new computers
Disassemble, pack, move and set up/install on site
Break down, box and ship old equipment
Manage and carry out a variety of technology implementation projects
Communicate with ticket submitters effectively and on a regular basis
Communicate with suitable vendors to coordinate needed repairs
Install, troubleshoot and repair printers
Transfer data from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware as well as break/fix
Provide documentation of daily data communication transactions, issues and repairs made or installation activities
Collaborate to test functionality and provide end user support
Requirements - Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
CompTIA A+ certification mandatory
Solid understanding of PC Hardware
Quality experience with Computer Imaging
Well-founded grasp of Image Deployment
Foundational knowledge in Deployment Methodologies
Wide ranging experience with Desktop Imaging
Proven knowledge of Deployments
Practical knowledge of Imaging Technologies
Deployment Activities experience highly desired
Strong familiarity with PC skills
General familiarity with Imaging Devices
Earlier work involving Microsoft Office 365
PC desktop/workstations experience preferred
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
2+ years of experience with PC and Mac hardware and software, and an understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN
Desired skills include an understanding of networking such as switching and routing
