Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in the high tech - pharm/biotech industry, located in Raynham, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves managing patient care coordination, leveraging your administrative skills, and providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound and inbound calls, aiming to schedule and confirm appointments for patients.

• Utilize your administrative skills for scanning, uploading, and shredding paper records.

• Stay updated with the latest technology used in patient care coordination and be open to learning new systems and processes.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and addressing patient inquiries effectively.

• Multitask efficiently, balancing various responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, updating hearing tests, and maintaining patient records.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, particularly with patients who may be struggling to hear.

• Ensure the schedule is filled efficiently, maximizing patient care and clinic productivity.

• Use your 'Outbound Sales' skills to reach out to potential patients and schedule appointments.

• Perform receptionist duties, managing the front desk, answering calls, and welcoming patients.

• Utilize 'Scheduling Appt - Calendar Management' skills to manage and coordinate patient appointments effectively

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in outbound sales

• Experience with receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and visitor inquiries

• Strong administrative skills, with an ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and assistance to patients

• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Knowledge and experience in the Pharm/Biotech industry

• Ability to coordinate patient care, including organizing patient files and liaising with healthcare professionals

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards

• Proactive problem-solving abilities, able to address issues promptly and efficiently

• Ability to work well in a team and foster a collaborative environment

• Proficient in the use of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
