Description
We are offering a opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word, and possess exceptional organizational and typing skills.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments
• Manage email correspondence with professionalism and punctuality
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations
• Use 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
• Scan and digitize appropriate documents for record-keeping purposes
• Type data and information with speed and accuracy.
