Description

We are offering an opportunity for an IT Fulfillment Agent to operate remotely, preferably local to Wyomissing, with the possibility of occasional on-site training. As part of our team, you will primarily work out of a queue in ServiceNow, handling tasks such as account creations, granting access, and ordering hardware. This position offers an entry point into our IT organization, with the potential for progression into areas such as service desk, telecom, or networking.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with service delivery for hardware and software purchasing, as well as user device purchasing and asset management.

• Control IT assets in one or more areas and administer the acquisition, storage, distribution, and disposal of assets.

• Produce and analyze registers and histories of authorized assets.

• Respond to requests for support by providing information to enable incident resolutions and promptly allocate unresolved tickets as appropriate.

• Ensure that there are no unauthorized assets in use.

• Utilize tools like Google Admin, G-Suite/Android, and Active Directory to perform tasks efficiently.

• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively within a ticket queue, mainly ServiceNow.

• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

• Exhibit problem-solving and analytical skills in managing IT-related issues.

• Work independently and manage one's time effectively.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Google Suite, PC Hardware, and Password Reset

• Knowledge of generic software tools and computer hardware

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Google Suite

• Knowledge of PC Hardware

• Ability to perform password resets

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Knowledge of ITIL processes

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone or via remote access

• Familiarity with ticketing systems

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
