Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in our client's team, overseeing the recruitment process from beginning to end. This includes sourcing talent, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with external partners such as schools, trade centers, and professional organizations to identify potential talent pools.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for all positions within the company.

• Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, external opportunities, and employee referral programs, to attract candidates.

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applicants effectively through the onboarding process.

• Screen resumes and refer qualified applicants to managers for further consideration.

• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant parties.

• Prepare and extend offer letters and other relevant documents to successful candidates.

• Manage the pre-employment process, including conducting background checks and ensuring the completion of necessary paperwork.

• Oversee the New Hire Orientation Program, including preparing packets and processing new hires from the offer stage to the first day.

• Maintain and update employee referral forms and other necessary paperwork associated with new hires.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment processes

• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks and ensure Benefit Functions are properly executed

• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with potential candidates and internal teams

• Expertise in Recruitment - Sourcing, Sourcing, Talent Sourcing for finding best fit candidates

• Experience in Conducting Phone Screens and Full Cycle Recruiting to streamline recruitment efforts

• Familiarity with Recruiting Activities, including Recruitment - Agency and Recruitment - High Volume

• Strong skills in Recruiting Efforts to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
