Description
We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst III to join our team located in Reading, Pennsylvania (completely REMOTE). This role involves providing support to our HRIS system - Oracle HCM NextGen Help Desk- for users, implementing enhancements, and leading testing for our help desk. You will be responsible for providing recommendations and documenting new requirements and defects. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Operate Oracle HCM NextGen Help Desk, providing support to users and addressing their inquiries
• Utilize Visual Builder Studio in both Advanced and Express modes to assist in resolving user issues
• Implement new enhancements and functionality to improve the efficiency of the help desk
• Lead testing processes for the Help Desk to ensure the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Provide sound recommendations based on Help Desk data and observations
• Document new requirements and defects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Leverage skills in Oracle HCM and NextGen for problem-solving and process improvement.
