Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Order Entry Clerk in READING, Pennsylvania. This role is centered on providing excellent customer service including, dealing with order entry and management, and high-volume data entry.
Responsibilities:
• Inform customers of prices and collect payment
• Accurately process orders and distribute receipts
• Input orders into the database in a timely and efficient manner
• Inform customers of expected delivery dates and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding unfulfilled orders
• Check inventory control to ensure availability and accuracy of orders
• Utilize Sage Software for order management and data entry tasks
• Answer multi-line phone system, providing customer assistance and directing calls as needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in Order Entry and Order Management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with High-Volume Data Entry
• Ability to handle Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with Sage Software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
