We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our team. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for managing our HRIS system, maintaining accurate employee data, and providing reports and analytics as needed. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has a strong understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HRIS system and ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date

• Serve as the primary point of contact for system users across the organization

• Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics to meet the needs of various departments

• Work closely with HR team to ensure HRIS data is accurate and compliant with company policies

• Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS functionality
