About the Firm:
We're a small but expanding law firm with offices in Red Bank, New Jersey, and Staten Island, New York. Our practice focuses on wills, trusts & estates planning, probate & administration, residential & commercial real estate transactions, and business law in NJ & NY. While we do handle some related litigation, our primary focus is on probate & administration matters. Our firm's philosophy is "Lawyer for Life," aiming to build lasting client relationships and become the go-to legal advisors for our clients, their families, and their businesses.
The Role:
We're looking for a motivated associate to primarily handle wills, trusts & estates and probate & administration matters in New Jersey. Experience in these areas is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. This role involves direct client interaction, managing a significant caseload, and assisting in ongoing cases, particularly probate & administration matters. The ideal candidate must be articulate, able to think on their feet, multitask, communicate effectively, maintain client relationships, and creatively problem-solve. Excellent writing skills and proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel) & Westlaw, are essential. Experience with Clio client database system is a plus.
Our Offer:
We offer a compensation structure that rewards the associate for referred business, along with a performance-based bonus structure and contribution for health insurance coverage. The position requires reporting in person to the Red Bank, NJ office, with the option for remote work once the candidate is acclimated.

Admission to practice law in New Jersey is required, and admission to practice in New York is a plus.
Experience with handling wills, trusts & estates and probate & administration matters in New Jersey is a plus.
