Description Our client, a prominent Non-Profit in Redding is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join their team on Monday, May 3rd! This position will report directly to organization’s Lead Administrative Manager & Regional Director and will initially start as a remote position for the first 3-4 months. Once the organization’s “shelter-in-place” lifts, you will be required to work in-office in Redding. In this position you will be responsible for providing administrative support to several internal departments and working closely with membership and staff to accomplish organizational goals. Ideal candidates for this role will have 3+ years of administrative experience, outstanding communication skills, a knack for organization/calendar management, and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: · Screening and transferring phone calls · Creating and or maintaining various data systems for tracking and monitoring staff compliance · Ensure staff compliance with administrative requirements such as Activity reports, attendance records and expense reports filings · Prepares materials, including urgent correspondence, letters, fliers, forms, announcements, and coordinates mailing for the Regional or Department Manager · Establish and maintain hard copy and/or electronic filing system · Processing mail and phone calls for the Regional or Department Manager · Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and all deliverables · Overseeing calendars and scheduling, i.e.: logistics for conference calls, meetings, and other events-primarily through Google Apps · Provide analytical support to team to assist on all projects · Interact courteously and tactfully with managers, co-workers, members, vendors, or associates Requirements · 3+ years of Administrative experience · BS/BA or AA degree preferred · Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) & Google Applications (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets, Google Drive) · Must be organized and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills · The ability to balance and prioritize deadlines · Ability to communicate and relate respectfully with a diverse membership and staff · Commitment to provide accurate, efficient, and friendly service to staff and members · Ability to multi-task and must work well under pressure · Able to prioritize and complete workload · Excellent punctuality and attendance · Bilingual skills are desired but not required! · Be a flexible team player with a positive attitude · Seeking a experience in Administrative Assistant who is looking to establish & prove themselves in this role & ultimately become a full-time employee of the organization in 6-months!
