In this role with Robert Half you will help scope, plan and execute a variety of engagements and client relationships. Our staff augmentation, project consulting and resource-based services range from interim staff roles to tackling the most recent business challenges facing our clients on an ad hoc and continual basis. As full-time members of our practice, Salaried Consultants will be asked to participate in 'practice' activities that include professional networking events and assisting our business development staff in staying abreast of industry trends and new business opportunities with their assigned clients. Additional compensation will be available for assistance in developing successful new business for Robert Half. Salaried Consultants need to be professionals with the potential to be successful in consulting and/or accounting/finance.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

1) 3+ years of full charge accounting experience including accounts payable, receivable, financial statement preparation, preparing B&O/quarterly taxes, and more

2) Must thrive in a dynamic environment, be flexible and do well in environments of change. Able to execute with little to no direction

3) Software experience with systems such as QuickBooks and working knowledge of Excel

Additional requirements (soft skills, intangible traits etc.):

a. Flexibility

b. Learning curves need to be short. Must catch on quickly.

c. Communication – Must be efficient, concise, and accurate in both verbal and oral presentation. Also must be an excellent listener.

d. Must be able to build and develop a rapport with client personnel.
