Our Web Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager (PM) who has experience in managing multiple stakeholders while also driving large feature implementation on the web across multiple quarters to end-user go-live. This Web PM will need to ensure predictability and quality across deliverables from various disciplines including engineering, design, QA, content, and localization. In addition, this PM will have partners and stakeholders across time zones throughout the US, India, and Sweden.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager on the Web team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering on a product's vision, collaborating on the roadmap, planning, and managing multiple projects through all life stages of project development, ranging from early conception, pre-planning, planning, execution, stabilization, user acceptance, end-user release, and continued maintenance.

  • Owning and managing backlogs for the engineering team, leading them alongside a technical dev lead and Product Owner to drive clarity around timelines and user acceptance criteria.

  • Leading new feature demos, aligning stakeholders on features and statuses, and executing on roadmaps based on business priorities.

  • Driving design mock-up creation with UX designers/artists, championing quality deliveries across multiple quarters, and keeping a pulse on potential risks and threats while providing plans to mitigate issues before they escalate.

  • Understanding the product's vision and delivering on that vision across multiple quarters.

  • Leveraging telemetry and service data to identify highly complex patterns, generating hypotheses on user behavior, and building a plan to deliver powerful and delightful features.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality among onshore and offshore teams.

  • Create and maintain the project schedule, ensuring teams are on track with their deliverables.

  • Expertly communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables, development velocity, and overall project status.

  • Clearly and quickly identify potential threats, risks, and other dependencies that occur throughout the development and implementation process, and provide mitigation plans to correct the course.

  • Keep the team aware of milestones, deliverables, and goals through all phases of development.

  • Manage the development processes and partner with Content Localization and QA teams to ensure content enters our AEM instance and publishes at quality.

    Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.

  • Experience with the creation of delightful experiences and content curation using many different media types, including video, social, animation, etc., for a website.

  • Well-developed communication, storytelling, and project management skills are required.

  • 5-8 years of experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects on the web, demonstrating analytical problem-solving.

  • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred.

  • Proven ability to plan, create, and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development from concept to completion.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence across teams towards the adoption of engineering best practices.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and end-to-end Web Development.

  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, along with project management skills and experienced conflict resolution abilities.

  • Results-driven and possessing a growth mindset with the ability to collaborate with others.

  • Familiarity with similar gaming experiences is not required but is strongly preferred.
