We are in search of an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team remotley. The role primarily involves providing an outsider's perspective and in-depth analysis to various companies, helping them to improve their business procedures, operations, and practices. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Summary:

These types of consultants provide recommendations on how a company could reach their goals, improve sales, or increase success rates. Business consultants usually specialize in an area of business management, such as marketing, accounting, human resources, distribution, production, logistics or business strategies. They can also specialize in a particular industry, such as information technology or health care. Consultants must be skilled in the field for which they are hired. Duties will include:

Role Responsibilities

  • Role Type: Time & Materials (T& M), customer-facing Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead.

  • Solution Architecture: Design and deploy OCM solutions for enterprise customers across various industries.

  • Technology Focus:

  • Experience with M365 Copilot Adoption and Change Management specifically for technologies.

  • Team & Meeting Leadership:

  • Lead OCM delivery teams.

  • Conduct customer meetings across LATAM, United States, and Canada regions.

  • Customer and Business Focus:

  • Understand customer objectives and drive efforts to achieve both customer and business outcomes.

    Requirements

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role

  • OR

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role

    Certification Requirements

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci is REQUIRED (no exceptions).

Preferred Additional Certifications (one or more of the following):

  • Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) – from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP)

  • Human Synergistics Certified Accredited Practitioner – from Human Synergistics International

  • Foundation Change Agent Certification – from Changefirst

  • Change Management Practitioner Certification – from APMG International

Professional Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving organizational change.

  • Experience in organizational change management consulting.

  • Experience leading a change team to deliver a change program supporting enterprise-level technology migration and transformation initiatives.

  • Experience with technology adoption programs focused on:

  • M365 Copilot

  • Data & AI

  • Azure

  • Dynamics (CRM/ERP)

  • Experience selling consulting services or managing sales excellence programs.

  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing and managing expectations with C-level executives.
