Job Description:

Responsible for processes, systems, tools, business planning, management frameworks, initiatives and programs that will optimize sales and provide the discipline for increases in sales force productivity. Focuses on processes, systems, tools, organizational issues, financial, and communication processes that affect effective operations within the entire organization. Provides business management expertise and drives sales productivity has significant importance in driving the vision for successful change management, business strategy, and sales optimization. Responsible for the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and tools programs, and initiatives designed to enhance sales productivity and increase revenue growth.


· To be a partner and collaborate closely with the GBB Support Sales Solution Area SSPs and GBBs Sales Excellence Sales Enablement Leads in the Time zones.

· Work closely with GBB on specific deals/project through support in orchestration activities excel reporting.

· Meet with and assess with clients Internal Stakeholders Account Execs Support Sales identifying their core needs for support and unmet expectations.

· Synthesize data into clear concise requirements and functional specifications and communicate them to all stakeholders.

· Partner with Offerings Delivery to design integrated customer solution roadmap.

Drive cross group collaboration ensuring needs are met and requests are clearly communicated.

· Manage and coordinate Solution Support initiative plan rollouts communications relationships and expectations.

· Manage project and deal milestones status and communications with regards to Solution Support initiative.

· To be responsible for helping drive all matters connected to Solution Support initiative in Asia.

· To be responsible for helping drive consistent and constant improvement in Pipe Hygiene and Forecasting in Asia.

· To build trust and foster working relationships with GBB and with the cross-functional teams as above in each Area in their TZs.

· To understand the TZs Support Sales Business to bring his/her own analytical understanding to a discussion and be an active participant in helping land the overall FY22 Solution Support initiative.

· To be responsible for understanding all business tools and processes that are used for Solution Support initiative, to provide occasional, and as required coaching to be responsible for reports and business analysis as might be required by the TZ.



· Minimum 5 years’ experience working with sales cycles projects metrics and data.

· University degree in Economics / Statistics or other related.

· Ability to work with statistical model.

· Knowledge of the tools and resources used by Sales and Finance (e.g. financial metrics and statements, industry and analyst reports, specialized sales reporting and management tools dashboards etc).

· Knowledge in business processes and reporting, analytical methodologies, and statistical analysis.

· Knowledge of sales processes such as Relationship Management, Opportunity Management, and Business Management, as well as market analysis and market dynamics, business finance, sales operations and sales management.

· Basic knowledge of client’s platform technologies.

· Ability to think strategically.

· Passion for systems and processes that are effective and run efficiently.

· Drive for results.

· Familiarity Level 100 on Azure Business Apps and Modern Workplace.

· Excellent project management skills.

· Sales or business development experience.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
