Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Redondo Beach, California
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Redondo Beach, California. As part of a thriving telecom provider industry, this role involves providing high-quality service to customers being relocated by their companies across the United States and overseas. The successful candidate will primarily interact with customers, manage service deliveries, handle schedule changes, and resolve service issues.
Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone, text, and email, providing excellent customer service
• Assign service delivery resources and clearly communicate the unique needs of each job
• Handle schedule changes with customers, service delivery teams, and primary coordinators
• Update and receive updates from the primary coordinators at our partners as needed
• Review bills from contractors and complete billing package to go to CSS
• Respond and resolve service issues in coordination with your team leader and manager
• Perform data entry tasks and manage inbound and outbound calls
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks and communication
• Schedule appointments and manage order entries
• Demonstrate proficiency in email correspondence and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
• Skilled in email correspondence and maintaining professional communication
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting communications and reports
• Experience in order entry procedures and systems
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
