Description Robert Half is hiring for a Senior Payroll Specialist with 4+ years of experience-end-to-end payroll. This permanent role will provide you access to medical benefits to include vision, dental, vacation, and bonus compensation programs that are competitive. Requirements Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible to support the Payroll Manager and team on a permanent basis: Responsibilities include: -Process payroll on a semi-monthly basis, multi-state and volume is up to 400 employees. -Must be able to transmit and communicate effectively with senior management, People Operations and staff. -Able to meet payroll deadlines. -Resolve any payroll questions and issues before escalation to management. -Keep Payroll Manager in the loop with any exceptions or changes that prevent you from processing payroll on time. Software: ADP Workforce Now and WorkDay would be the preferred softwares.
