SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST

130K-150K + BONUS + RSU

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the Associate Director, FP& A and will serve as a finance business partner supporting the Company's global commercial organization. As a trusted financial advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned functional groups including headcount, operating expenses, and capital planning.

  • Manage and enhance existing financial models for analyzing and forecasting operating expenses.

  • Provide actionable recommendations for cost saving opportunities based on actual and forecasted expenditures.

  • Research and analyze expense activity, gaining an understanding of primary drivers of operating expenses, as well as fully understanding any variances against the Operating Plan.

  • Collaborate with commercial leaders to ensure achievement of key business objectives.

  • Participate in month-end close activities including journal entry preparation for any required accruals or corrections identified during monthly analyses.

  • Prepare, distribute, and present monthly detailed budget-versus-actual and other relevant reports to the functional leaders.

  • Participate in development of monthly financial analysis as part of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee financial package.

  • Ensure all relevant proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed and communicated.

  • Perform various ad hoc analysis for Finance and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related major required

  • 5+ years of directly related experience in Finance from large, publicly traded tech companies

  • Understanding of the flows between P& L, BS and Cash Flow statements.

  • ERP System experience, strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interaction with global VP's
