The Digital Recruiter in the Marketing and Creative Digital Talent Center will be responsible for maintaining an extensive network of digital talent while working in a fast paced business environment. The Digital Recruiter reports to the Branch Director in the Digital Talent Center, which is a nationally, fully remote, delivery organization focused on growing digital placement revenue for the branch offices it supports.


  • Quickly source, evaluate and review digital candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc. Interview prospective digital candidates via video, phone and/or in-person to assess skill set, work history and salary requirements. In addition, the Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong database of qualified digital talent to submit for immediate client needs and future client base.

  • Select well-matched digital candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with digital professionals currently on contract assignments in order to ensure exceptional customer service. In addition, the Senior Recruiter will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Generate business leads and market intelligence to enhance our new client development efforts. Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.

  • Utilize industry-leading technology, artificial intelligence tools and best practices.

  • Promote and support an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.

  • Supports and encourages adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program.


  • Experience in one of the following practice areas is required: digital marketing, web advertising, web design, online content management, emarketing, mobile strategy. Ability to discern creative skills in all aspects of responsive design as well as web content writing. Must be well versed in digital media, online marketing, and social media strategies and best practices.

  • Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.

  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
