Description Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill an Audit or Tax Senior for a local CPA firm. The person in the role could do a combination of tax and audit, being audit focused the majority of the year with just tax during tax season or be purely in Audit. This is a unique firm in that you can match your professional aspirations to your personal work/life balance goals. They even have part time managers! The position requires at least two years in public accounting, and ideally a CPA. To be considered for the role, the 150 credit requirement must be met. • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit or related field

• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software is necessary

• A professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desirable

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

• Experience with financial software systems is a plus

• Must have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output.
