Description We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Reno, Nevada. The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team, making strategic decisions, managing technology infrastructure, budgeting, and overseeing the design and integration of technology systems.
Responsibilities:
• Leading a team and making strategic decisions to drive the success of the IT department.
• Overseeing the design and integration of technology systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
• Managing the technology infrastructure, including cloud technologies, ERP systems, and Active Directory.
• Ensuring the IT department operates within budget and contributes to the overall financial success of the organization.
• Providing application and infrastructure support to ensure smooth operation within the organization.
• Utilizing ITIL processes to manage IT services and deliver value to the organization.
• Managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicating effectively with end-users and leadership, ensuring IT initiatives align with business goals.
• Utilizing strategic decision-making skills to guide the direction of the IT department.
• Leveraging experience with Cisco Technologies, Dell Technologies, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management to drive success in the role. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Must be adept at using CRM software
• Experience with Dell Technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must
• Knowledge of Active Directory is crucial
• Should have experience in Auditing
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is required
• Must be comfortable with Computer Hardware
• Demonstrated knowledge of Configuration Management is necessary
• Proficiency in Infrastructure Technologies is required
• Experience with ITIL Processes is preferred
