Robert Half Legal Secretary in Reno, Nevada

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Legal Secretary in the Financial Services industry, based in Reno, Nevada. This role involves executing administrative tasks for our legal team and working closely with various legal documents and filings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of legal documents and filings to ensure compliance with state court requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries and issues.

• Employ management systems to organize, update, and maintain all legal documentation.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management, scheduling, and correspondence.

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the legal team, ensuring efficient time management.

• Gain familiarity with LLCs and Corporations to contribute effectively to the team's operations.

• Ensure accuracy in all documentation and correspondence by proofreading and editing as necessary.

• Use your skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Calendar Management, Documentation, and LLCs to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Legal Secretary role within the Financial Services industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

• Experience with Management Systems is required.

• Must have strong Calendar Management skills.

• Ability to handle Documentation tasks is necessary.

• Experience with Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

• Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.

• Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal terms and processes is advantageous.

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing work priorities.

• Must have a strong commitment to professional ethics.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is necessary.
