Robert Half Office Manager in Reno, Nevada


Robert Half is looking for an experienced Office Manager with a solid accounting background to oversee the daily operations of our client's office and ensure its smooth functioning. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and providing support to various departments.   • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Experience with HR functions and basic knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
