Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Administrator to be a part of our team.You will provide key support across various administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and resolving payment discrepancies. You will also take on the role of supporting invoicing and billing processes and managing fleet vehicles, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and resolving payment discrepancies
• Support invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access to important documents
• Assist in managing fleet vehicles, including scheduling inspections, renewing registrations, and maintaining records
• Provide administrative support to other team members and departments as needed
• Handle incoming emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
Requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Billing, Accounts Payable, Check Processing
• Proficiency in using Viewpoint Vista software
