Description

We are looking for an Analyst in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, specifically located in Renton, Washington. This role requires providing professional functional and/or programming support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization. The successful candidate will act as a system expert and business consultant on complex projects, ensuring that installed systems are working successfully and that proposed systems will meet the organization's future needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional functional and programming support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization

• Apply extensive and advanced principles, theories, and concepts to contribute to the development of solutions to complex problems

• Act as a system expert or business consultant on complex projects or systems

• Manage small to large projects

• Address topics and issues that are both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) in nature

• Formulate systems scope and objectives and resolve complex technical issues

• Ensure that improvements in and/or changes to operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency

• Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems are working successfully and that proposed systems will meet the organization's future needs

• Act as a source and mentor for direction, training, and skills development for less experienced departmental staff

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Training both internal teams and external contacts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Proven ability to manage Operations effectively, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes and systems within the business.

• Competence in Workstation Support, particularly regarding the resolution of technical issues and maintaining optimal operations.

• Experience in managing Vendors and Stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration for the successful execution of department projects.

• Knowledge of financial principles, especially in relation to Cash Management within a healthcare environment.

• A strong track record of Innovation and Ingenuity, showcasing the ability to think outside the box and implement creative solutions to complex problems.

• Must be able to work effectively with both Internal Teams and External Contacts, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
