Robert Half Senior ERP Developer in Renton, Washington
Description We are offering a role that combines the fields of healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance with software development in Renton, Washington. This position will require the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts to provide professional functional and programming support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization. The successful candidate will act as a system expert or business consultant on complex projects or systems, managing small to large projects, and addressing both strategic and operational issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide professional functional and programming support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization.
• Apply extensive and advanced principles, theories, and concepts to contribute to the development of solutions to complex problems.
• Act as a system expert or business consultant on complex projects or systems.
• Manage small to large projects, ensuring that improvements in and/or changes to operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems are working successfully and proposed systems will meet the organization's future needs.
• Act as a source and mentor for direction, training/skills development and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments on cross-departmental projects and efforts to identify value-added opportunities.
• Proactively engage customers and stakeholders on value-added, cost-saving, and other progressive opportunities.
• Oversee customer service, training, operations, workstation support, billing, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in software development within the healthcare and social assistance industry
• Experience in customer service is highly desirable
• Proven ability to train others in the use of new software and systems
• Understanding of operations within a healthcare setting, including workstation support and billing
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience in liaising with vendors and stakeholders
• Proficient in programming languages relevant to the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov modules and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Understanding of principles of grant management and contract management
• Demonstrable innovation and ingenuity in problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and manage project cost
• Experience in managing department projects and interacting with external contacts
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud and PPM is highly desirable
• Familiarity with NIS and accounting functions within the healthcare industry
• Ability to handle technical issues related to software and systems in a healthcare environment
