Robert Half International TA Systems Analyst in Renton, Washington

Description Our client in Renton, WA is looking to add a remote analyst to focus on current and future Talent Acquisition (TA) systems that enable our caregivers across the system to attract and full-time the most experience in talent. In this position you will: • Provide analytical and technical consultation and support to Talent Acquisition (TA) for TA system and technology needs. • Be a highly collaborative, analytical and systems savvy individual who provides consultative expertise and oversight of recruiting systems and processes. • Focus on current and future systems optimization, as well as, implementation of new recruiting systems, and the integration with other existing systems. • Act as a liaison for the TA Systems team with TA teams and business partners (Executive & Physician Recruiting, HR, Preboarding/Onboarding, etc.), HR Information Systems (HRIS), Enterprise Business Applications, and external TA vendors. • Support the development, testing, implementation, training, and monitoring of TA systems. • Actively participate in supporting recruitment service desk support requests, troubleshooting, creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations. • Support designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of TA systems to identify gaps and focus areas for optimizations.

Areas of focus include: • Business Analysis: o Support effective business requirement gathering, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities. o Build consensus on training needs, operational and technical decisions, while delivering high quality results. o Increase the productivity of internal teams by suggesting automation, design, and workflow improvements. o Create configurations to optimize evolving recruiting needs and processes. o Provide consultation and support to TA leadership and staff for Providence St. Joseph Health and affiliates/ministries.

• Systems: o Support the TA Systems leader to enhance and optimize TA systems including automation, configurations, correspondences/notifications, custom fields, integrations, workflows, etc. o Collaborate to gather and validate systems requirements based on business and department needs. o Evaluate and prepare system optimizations; partner with HRIS and Enterprise IS teams on configurations and integrations between HR and TA systems. o Proactively configure systems based on business drivers and day-to-day systems optimization. o Consult, design, implement and provide solutions and efficiencies; ensure TA systems meet all data privacy, compliance, and regulations.

• Project Management: o Support the TA Systems leader with the delivery of complex cross-functional projects to meet/exceed scope within budget and schedule; acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for all TA systems, actively participates in optimization by supporting the definition and organization of business requirements and user scenarios/stories. o Proactively eliminate bottlenecks and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. o Identify, assess, track, and help mitigate or avoid issues and risks at multiple levels. o Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders. Requirements Required qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience • Four (4) years’ experience using ATS, HRIS or CRM systems as an advanced user or developing to expert analyst level capabilities • Three (3) years’ experience building requirements to drive the design of systems, work flows, processes, testing and training • Three (3) years’ experience with the design, development, implementation or optimization of systems across the software development lifecycle • Three (3) years’ experience in project management and supporting projects and /or systems implementations, optimizations, or upgrades in a large company with 5000+ employees • Three (3) years’ experience training systems users • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft applications experience such as: Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.

Preferred qualifications for this position include: • Avature CRM and/or Taleo System Administrator certification • Previous Taleo Enterprise, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Avature CRM experience • HR/TA or Sales/Marketing systems experience such as: Oracle HCM Cloud, Marketing Automation (Oracle Marketing Cloud/Eloqua), Video Interviewing (HireVue/Modern full-time), Reference Checking (SkillSurvey), Background Screening (HireRight), Direct Placement Agency Marketplace (Bounty Jobs/Scout) • Previous Enterprise reporting applications experience such as: Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Power BI, Tableau, Visier)
