How you will make an impact
Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams
Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers
Accumulates briefing from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into plans
Manages project planning
Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments
See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met
Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
Monitors and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
Conducts deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead
Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable
Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards
Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Assigns schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
Sets forth the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely
Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects Requirements - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
PMO (project management office) experience preferred
PMP Certification experience
Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving skills
A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
Flexible and focused
It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
